'What a beautiful garden,' they'd stop and they'd sigh...

The great thing about a garden is that it's never finished; there's always something to be done, something to tidy, something to harvest, something to plant, a weed to pull or a snail to re-home. But through the process, great joy is derived - there's something deeply satisfying when, for just a moment, you can gaze in wonder and breathe in the beauty a garden, particularly if you've been part of its growth. If somebody else stops and sighs, and notices the beauty too, well, that's a moment of joy for them, too.
