Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Method & Carrier

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter. This service is untracked and ideal for small items such as books weighing up to 250g.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery Time

Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery usually takes 3–4 working days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak postal periods such as holidays or industrial action.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £2.10 per book.

 
• 1 book – £2.10
 
• 2 books – £4.20
 
• 3 books – £6.30

Larger orders may benefit from capped or combined shipping — this will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Packaging

Each book is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@grandads-garden.com and we’ll be happy to assist. We follow Royal Mail guidelines for delayed or lost items and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
